My Story


After high school, I joined the Air Force and was fortunate to have served my country with some of the finest people. I was first stationed at Andersen AFB  in Guam.  It’s a very small island in the western the Pacific Ocean.  After Guam, I was stationed at McGuire AFB in New Jersey. Don’t let people tell you that the military doesn’t have a sense of humor…from paradise to New Jersey.  I started going to college while I was in the Air Force and knew I wanted to complete my degree.

I was accepted to ASU and moved to Phoenix right after I got out.  I couldn’t start school fast enough. It only took three and a half years to complete my BA in Communications. In my last couple of semesters, I had an internship working in the marketing department at Prudential.  They offered me a marketing position when I graduated and I worked there for nine years.  After Prudential, from 2000 through 2018 I led the marketing efforts for MiniCo, RiceBran Technologies, and Shasta Pools.  I’ve served on the board of directors for the Insurance Marketing Communications Association and Hope Village. My passion up until this point was always been marketing.

In 2009 I began flipping residential real estate.  My favorite acquisitions were at the auctions.  On my first home, I wrote a check for over $100K and hadn’t yet seen the inside of the house.  Very exciting…I loved it!   I wasn’t alone and by 2013 the auction opportunities were dropping and the competition was ever increasing with all the attention from HGTV.  I still watch the auction lists but haven’t bid on one since 2014. Right now your best bet for acquisition is pocket listings and ARMLS.

Today, I am all about helping my clients – I help buyers find that perfect home and arm them with the information they need to make the best possible decisions. For home sellers, I have far more marketing experience and skills than my competition. Real estate is my passion, my clients see it, my peers see it and you will too.
